How much do you know about the forest that supports your community? Find out all about it – and how you can help restore and protect it – as the National Forest Association and the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa return to co-host the February 2010 Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce Mixer. The event will take place on Thursday, February 25th at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa from 5:00-7pm. The evening will feature fun and games that will explore the complementary restoration efforts of Forest Care, which provides financial incentive to thin out trees, and Forest Aid, a program offering volunteers the chance to plant trees in burned areas. The Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is located at 27984 Hwy 189; the mixer will be held in the Lakeview Terrace Room.

Well, have we got a great night out for you!! Saturday, March 6, from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm is a night to come out and enjoy as The Chamber Rocks at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. This "date night" will be a night to enjoy your friends and rock out with The Excellent Dudes - a local Lake Arrowhead favorite band. It will be fun, casual, and a great way to get out and enjoy your fellow “cooped up” friends and neighbors.

The price is $25 per person and….. You can come dressed as your favorite Rock Star – or not. But if you do come dressed up, there will be prizes!!!
