We’re still looking for Homes for the 36th
Annual Home Tour
The
Home Tour committee needs a little help! The 36th Annual
Home Tour is Saturday, September 18th. The Friday Night
VIP event the night before the Home Tour will occur on Friday,
September 17th.
The Home Tour committee is still looking for 4 – 5
fabulous homes that are historic, unique in their own right
or that are simply a “show-stopper.” If you
know of a home that could be used, please contact the Chamber
at (909) 337-3715.
The
Home Tour ticket sales are limited to 1500. This is the
primary fundraiser for the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber
of Commerce. It also takes about 300 volunteer to put on
the event, so if you are interested in volunteering, just
give the Chamber a call at (909) 337-3715.
15th
Annual Home Expo
June is here
and it’s that time of year when everyone is inspired
to do projects around the house. Remodel, Rebuild, Repair….
the 15th Annual Mountain Home Improvement Expo, in partnership
with the Association of Building Contractors and the Lake
Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce, is just around
the corner.
This two day
weekend event, June 26 – 27, is held on the Peninsula
at Lake Arrowhead Village. On Saturday the hours are10 a.m.
to 4 p.m. and on Sunday the Expo is held from10 a.m. to
3 p.m.
Looking for a
Roofing Contractor, Home Loan or Refinance Help, Landscaper,
Realtor, Plumber or maybe you would like to find new ideas
for your home; the Home Improvement Expo has it all. With
lots of booths scattered throughout the Peninsula, all your
questions are sure to be answered!
This
is also the weekend for Rotary Art and Wine and there will
be boat shuttles from the Village to Tavern Bay Beach Club!
The “official” Mountain Home Improvement Expo
Program will come out in the Mountain News later this month!!
